about

Title track from the album.
The underlying message behind ‘FLUX’ is that of finding your balance amidst turmoil and severe changes. It is about letting go of the notion that if something is static and predictable, then it is safe. As guitarist Magnus explains; “The world is going through some quite dramatic changes, and that is of course reflected in each and every one's personal life. If you base your tomorrow on your yesterday, it is going to be quite painful to go through all these changes. FLUX offers some sparks and hints on how to surf the waves of change, rather than drowning in them.”

lyrics

FLUX
Shards of broken mockery START waving like hair
Ever is it so ever that it never ever ends

TO NEVER STOP
TO FIND YOUR CALM IN THE FLOW
FIND YOUR CALM IN THE FLOW

geists sow needles in my feeble soil
and seek seek see kings without their clothes
swagging around the globetoddlers lost ON the pane

growing seemingly seamlessly conscious of
introvertebrates gone big and hit the silver sheen
having enough for now ?
you see them sticking out

call in the next school
call in the next new thoughtforms
a choice so simple to make
break constellation
call in the next school
don’t mind a little backbone
such are never mistakes
they’re yours to define

Shards of broken mockery START waving like hair
towards the trembling prostitutors
ever is it so ever that it never EVER ends
left for ebullition

NOW SOME PROFOUND
SHADOWS GOT EXPOSED
AS LUCIFERMENTED STINGS

call in the next school
CALLING IN the next school of thoughtforms
such an ultimate phase
phase cancellation
call in the next school
don’t mind a little backbone

TO NEVER STOP
TO FIND YOUR CALM IN THE FLOW
FIND YOUR CALM IN THE FLOW

TO NEVER STOP
TO BE SO CALM
